Our Story

About Us

Justin Van Wie and founder Roger Van Wie have spent decades in construction and real estate development, and they kept coming back to the same problem: the people who work and raise families here are running out of homes they can afford to buy.

Seacoast Communities was started to help close that gap with small, well-built cottages in a real neighborhood, for sale to the people who will live in them. Justin leads the company, drawing on about 20 years of running construction programs for the U.S. Department of Defense.
